Fudge Brownies with Ganache Frosting

These brownies are thick,fudgy and topped with ganache and rainbow sprinkles.These brownies are full of chocolate flavor, made with melted chocolate and dark chocolate cocoa powder, and a soft ganache frosting only makes them more chocolate-y.Each brownie is large and made to share – baked and packaged in a 4″x4″ paper mold, measure over 1.25″ tall, and weigh approximately 8.8oz (250g) with the ganache frosting.
