For pickup at the Bake Shed
on Saturday, January 8:
Happy New Year! My schedule is a little tighter than usual this week, as I’m in class for two days (more on that below).
Here’s what I’ll have on the Bake Shed shelves this Saturday:
- English Muffins
- Whole Wheat Pita Bread
- Wheat Batard
- Honey Oat Sandwich Bread
- Country Sourdough
- Cinnamon Pumpkin Pecan Sourdough
- Chocolate Chip Muffins
- French Bread Baguettes (self-serve only – no orders, available at the Bake Shed on pickup day)
I’m excited to share that an article I wrote for the Bread Bakers Guild was published in the quarterly Bread Lines publication! I wrote about one of my classes with Craig Ponsford – and actually I’ll be in class with him again two days this week learning about integrating different whole grains into baking.
Let me know if you’d like to read my article – I’d be happy to share it with you!
Please make sure you get an order confirmation via email by noon the day after you place your order. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact me as soon as possible to confirm your order was received.
Orders will be ready for pickup at the Bake Shed in East Dorset on Saturday starting at 9am and the shed will close at 6pm. Payment is due at pick up; cash or check accepted. Envelopes are attached to your order bag listing the total amount due and should be left with payment in the box on the wall.
Do not enter the Bake Shed if you are showing signs of illness or are in quarantine. While inside the Bake Shed, masks are required for all – regardless of vaccination status. Please continue to limit occupancy in the Bake Shed to one customer (or small family unit) at a time, and wait at a comfortable distance if you are in line to enter.
Please visit this page for answers to frequently asked questions, and thank you!
