Dutch Crunch Bread

Also known as Tiger Bread,this Dutch bread is made by coating an enriched bread with a crunchy rice-flour and sesame oil topping. The crumb inside is airy and soft, but closed enough that will hold your sandwich. It’s really a delicious treat, and the crunchy crust makes this bread unique.

Loaves weigh about 1.5lbs each, and measure approximately 8.5″ around and over 2.5″ tall at the highest point.
