There will be a few changes this week and next:
- I will not be open this Wednesday, so the website will not show any items available to order.
- Saturday will be open for order pickup only – no walk-ins this week, and I will not have extras out for purchase. I will have French Bread available as an in-person add-on out in a case.
- Next week will be dedicated to Thanksgiving Pumpkin Bread baking and pickup. I am currently sold out for each pickup day and both time slots. However, there is a chance I have one or two extra and I will accept names for a wait-list. I most likely won’t know until the pickup day, so if you’re willing to take the chance, I’ll reach out if I have them.
Below is the menu for this Saturday. Please reserve your order early as quantities are limited. There is a limit of two of each item per order, unless otherwise indicated.

- Honey Oat Rye Bread
- Rosemary & Olive Oil Bread
- English Muffins
- Mocha Swirled Challah (Award-Winning!) ** limit of one per order, please **
- Maple Cinnamon Muffins
- Coconut Chocolate Chip Biscotti
- French Bread (self-serve in the case only/no reserve)
Remember: fresh-baked French bread is available at the JK Adams Kitchen Store every Saturday and Sunday.
Prices and quantity available are listed on the website. If you don’t see an item listed above pictured on the website ordering page, it has sold out. Reserve your order early as most items sell quickly.
Orders will be ready for pickup at the Bake Shed in East Dorset on Saturday starting at 9am and until 6pm or as long as inventory lasts (arrangement for late order pickup is possible – please send a message to request). Payment is due on pick up, cash or check accepted. Envelopes are attached to your order bag listing the total amount due and should be left with payment in the box on the wall.
Do not enter the Bake Shed if you are showing signs of illness or are in quarantine.
Please continue to limit occupancy in the Bake Shed to one customer at a time; keep your distance if you are waiting to enter (best idea is to wait your turn in your car). I clean the door handles, cases and things that are touchable routinely throughout the pickup day, but please be mindful of others, wearing a mask that covers your nose and mouth is required to enter and only touch your labeled order bag/box.
