The menu rotates on a weekly basis, often influenced by holidays, fruit or flavors that are in-season (like summer berries or autumn pumpkin) along with ingredient availability from my supplier. I rotate the menu because I enjoy making a variety of breads and sweet treats, but being there is just one of me, I can’t make such a large variety every week.
